Jon is multitalented and enjoys a strong reputation in the business and technical markets of the Sacramento Valley. He brings 20 years of IT industry experience to our team and is not limited to engineering. He fully understands Networking technical processes and understands Relationship Marketing, person-to-person marketing, and the relationship-building necessary to succeed in today’s economy. Those skills have led to Total Secure Technology’s success, and his vision is the key driver of our company.
Armed with a business degree, certified as an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), and holding numerous other technical certifications, Jon oversees a team of network engineers that support the Total Secure Technology family of customers. In his time away from work, Jon enjoys playing in the Rotary Softball league and vacationing with family, especially to Disneyland or Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. He also loves attending the football and basketball games of his son, Cameron, as his number one fan.
As Operations Manager and EOS Integrator for Total Secure Technology, Conner
provides leadership across Operations, Finance, and Human Resources while helping
turn the company’s vision into actionable plans and measurable results. As the
company Integrator, he works across departments to ensure teams remain aligned,
accountable, and focused on company priorities. He oversees employee development,
operational planning, financial processes, and organizational accountability through
key performance indicators (KPIs). Conner is passionate about improving efficiency
through automation, scalable processes, and data-driven decision-making. He plays a
key role in financial management, reporting, payroll administration, benefits
oversight, and business process improvement. In Human Resources, he supports
recruiting, employee development, performance management, and leadership growth
throughout the organization.
Conner holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film Production from California State University, Sacramento. Before joining Total Secure Technology, he gained leadership experience managing teams at both Blockbuster Video and The Tower Theater. He began his career with Total Secure Technology as a Dispatcher in 2014 and advanced through several leadership roles before becoming Operations Manager and serving as the company Integrator. Outside of work, he enjoys film and television analysis, exploring new foods and cooking, and spending time with his wife and their two cats, Leota and Poe.
Alex has always had a strong interest in computers and technology, which inspired him to take certification courses and pursue a career in IT. Now entering his third year in the technology field, he has gained hands-on experience with help desk support, configuring firewalls, setting up switches, and assisting with deployments. One of the things Alex enjoys most about IT is that technology is always changing, giving him new opportunities to learn and grow.
At Total Secure Technology, Alex works as an Account Coordinator, where he enjoys connecting with clients and helping them with their technology needs. His favorite part of working with clients is building genuine relationships and becoming someone they know they can count on. He finds it rewarding to help solve problems and create a positive experience for every client he works with. Outside of work, Alex loves fishing and spending quality time with his wife and daughter.
Ben is a Student Technician at Total Secure Technology with a passion for technology.
He loves to empower individuals to make the best use of their technology resources. Ben
completed a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics; English at the College of Wooster in
Ohio. His professional certifications include CompTIA Secure Infrastructure Specialist (CSIS), Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Microsoft AI Fundamentals (AI-900), and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
Outside of work, Ben enjoys building and upgrading computers, finding great bargains at estate sales & flea markets, gaming
the stock market, playing board games, and listening to good music.
With more than 12 years of experience working in the Managed Services Provider
(MSP) industry, Brett brings a strong background in technology strategy, client
relationships, and business alignment. Throughout his career, Brett has served in a
variety of client-focused and strategic roles, including Account Manager, Engagement
Manager, and Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO).
Before entering the MSP space, Brett gained experience in software development and
training, building a strong technical foundation and a passion for helping others
understand and get the most value from technology.
Today, Brett combines technical knowledge, business insight, and a customer-focused
approach to help organizations align technology with their goals, solve challenges,
and make informed decisions about their IT strategy.
Ian began his journey in technology by building computers for fun, launching a career
that now spans over a decade in the field. As a Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician at Total
Secure Technology, he brings a wide range of experience in Mac administration, Linux
server management, and full-spectrum MSP technical support. He holds a CompTIA
Security+ certification and stays driven by the constant evolution of new technology.
Day-to-day, Ian takes pride in solving tough technical challenges, making a positive
impact on a client’s day, and helping businesses achieve their goals. Outside of work,
he stays active by running and enjoys spending time at the beach with his family.
Charles Cunningham Jr. brings five years of IT experience spanning managed
services/help desk operations, project engineering, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
He got his start in the technology field as a telecommunications technician, where he
provisioned internet services and connected customer computer systems. In his role as
a Tier 2 Helpdesk Technician at Total Secure Technology, Charles works closely with
clients to resolve technical issues and deliver reliable support. He enjoys the ever-
changing nature of technology and values the opportunity to learn and continuously expand his skill set. Charles has earned several respected certifications, including AZ-
900, MS-900, AZ-104, and CompTIA Security+.
Outside of work, he enjoys drawing, watching movies and TV, and traveling whenever he has the opportunity.
Cierra is a Resident Dispatcher at Total Secure Technology. For the past three years,
she has had the privilege of helping ensure our clients receive timely, reliable service
while supporting our team behind the scenes.
Cierra brings more than 20 years of customer service and administrative experience,
along with a bachelor’s degree in English. Originally from New York, she has proudly
called Sacramento home for the past decade. Cierra appreciates being a part of the
Total Secure Technology family and working alongside such a dedicated team under
outstanding leadership.
Outside of work, Cierra is an elder millennial who enjoys music, movies, animals, and
considers being in bed by 9 p.m. one of life’s simple pleasures.
Erwan Dixon is a Project Manager at Total Secure Technology (TST), where he helps guide
client onboarding projects, coordinate technical work, and keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish. Before moving into project management, Erwan worked as an engineer, giving him hands-on technical knowledge that helps him better understand both the technology and the people involved in each project. He has experience in IT operations, managed services, Microsoft 365 environments, cybersecurity initiatives, and process improvement. At TST, Erwan enjoys working closely with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal team members to make sure communication is clear and expectations are met. He also holds a CompTIA Project+ certification, which supports his passion for organized, efficient, and successful project delivery.
Erwan takes pride in being dependable, detail-oriented, and focused on creating a positive
experience for both clients and the TST team. Outside of work, he enjoys music and serves as a front-of-house sound engineer for his church. He also loves spending quality time with family and friends.
Jason has built a strong background in IT, with experience in technical support, user
and systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity. His interest in technology
started at an early age, leading him to build custom PCs and explore areas such as
programming, networking, and systems management. Over time, that hands-on
experience grew into a career in IT.
As an IT Systems Analyst I, Jason supports users and systems while troubleshooting
issues and developing practical solutions. He enjoys the variety that comes with
working in IT and the opportunity to continually learn, especially when he can use
that knowledge to make technology easier and more effective for clients.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys restoring and working on cars, giving him a hands-on
outlet away from the keyboard. He also enjoys watching movies, trying new foods,
and finding new places to explore.
Joel brings more than 30 years of I.T. experience to Total Secure Technology,
combining a strong technical background with a passion for customer service,
relationship building, and helping businesses get real value from their technology.
As Director of I.T. Operations, Joel leads TST’s service delivery and professional
services teams. His focus is ensuring clients receive reliable, responsive service while
continually improving how TST delivers and supports technology solutions. He believes
great I.T. service starts with understanding a client’s business, not just their
technology, and works across TST to ensure the team is making a positive impact on
each client’s organization.
Joel joined TST through the acquisition of Computer Technical Specialists, the
Monterey, California-area I.T. company he built and operated. Having spent years
running his own business, Joel understands firsthand the challenges business owners
and leaders face and why having partners you can trust and depend on matters. He
brings that perspective to his work with TST’s clients and to leading the teams that
support them every day.
When he’s not at TST, Joel enjoys spending time with his wife, Deb, their family, and
especially their seven grandchildren. At home, Joel and Deb share life with Fallyn and
their two German Shepherds, Willow and Sadie. He’s also likely to be found in the
garage working on his Austin-Healey project car or one of the many other projects
that always seem to find their way into the garage or spending time at the lake with
the boat.
Ken is a lifelong technology enthusiast who turned a high school hobby into a
successful career spanning more than two decades. What began as a fascination with
computers and electronics grew into a passion for helping people solve problems
through technology.
He holds CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications and has experience
across multiple areas of IT, including technical support, networking, and cybersecurity. While he enjoys the technical aspects of the job, the most rewarding part of his career has always been helping others. Whether troubleshooting complex issues, improving processes, or teaching someone something new, Ken takes pride in making technology work better for people.
Known for his strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach, Ken
combines technical expertise with a genuine desire to help others succeed. His
commitment to continuous learning and passion for technology continue to drive him
as he takes on new challenges and delivers effective solutions.
Outside of work, Ken enjoys social dancing, which allows him to connect with others,
stay active, and have fun. Just as he values collaboration and communication in IT, he
appreciates the sense of community and personal connection that social dancing
brings. His blend of technical expertise, people skills, and enthusiasm for lifelong
learning makes him a well-rounded professional both in and out of the workplace.
Kevin has been with Total Secure Technology for five and a half years. He started as
a student technician, then worked his way up to Helpdesk Level 2 over the years. His
specialty involves networking and server-related items. Kevin loves to emphasize the
importance of having a robust networking infrastructure, as he believes it is the core
foundation of a reliable and high-performing ecosystem for business operations. He has
also earned many certifications over the years, including CompTIA Network+, CompTIA
Server+, Sophos Firewall Engineer, and Microsoft MS-900.
Outside of work, Kevin likes to work on his sports car, go on food adventures, and travel
to Japan at least once a year.
Nisa Oden has built a strong background in administrative support, marketing, and
event coordination. She earned her degree in Communication Studies from California
State University, Sacramento, before joining Total Secure Technology as an Executive
Assistant. Nisa also holds certifications in social media marketing and has experience
as a freelance blog writer.
During her time at Total Secure Technology, Nisa has helped execute marketing
initiatives and coordinate events that have contributed to the company’s growth. Day
to day, she serves as the CEO’s right hand, helping turn ideas and priorities into action
while supporting the systems and processes that keep the company moving forward.
Nisa is committed to learning something new every day and enjoys reading articles
and books on a wide range of subjects. In her free time, she can usually be found
listening to music, working out, or escaping to a beach or swimming hole.
Sebastian is passionate about technology and dedicated to keeping his clients’ systems operating smoothly. His strong background in IT began in childhood with a Commodore 64 and continued when he built his first computer at age 18. For the past 10 years, he has worked closely with many of our current clients. He continues to hone his craft and expand his technical proficiency. He graduated with distinction from California State University, Monterey Bay, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
During his time at Total Secure Technology, Sebastian has proven to be a valuable technical
asset. His expertise and leadership led to his promotion to Managed Services Team Lead, where he oversees the technical team, provides guidance, and offers technical support as needed. In his free time, he enjoys playing video games on his custom-built gaming system, spending time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants, and cooking.
