Jon is multitalented and enjoys a strong reputation in the business and technical markets of the Sacramento Valley. He brings 20 years of IT industry experience to our team and is not limited to engineering. He fully understands Networking technical processes and understands Relationship Marketing, person-to-person marketing, and the relationship-building necessary to succeed in today’s economy. Those skills have led to Total Secure Technology’s success, and his vision is the key driver of our company.
Armed with a business degree, certified as an MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), and holding numerous other technical certifications, Jon oversees a team of network engineers that support the Total Secure Technology family of customers. In his time away from work, Jon enjoys playing in the Rotary Softball league and vacationing with family, especially to Disneyland or Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. He also loves attending the football and basketball games of his son, Cameron, as his number one fan.
As an Operations Manager, Conner oversees training new and existing employees, planning, assigning, and directing work while maintaining excellent employee performance through KPIs. He is responsible for developing overall technical service strategies, objectives, and metrics that focus on improving efficiency and automation. Conner has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Production from Sacramento State University of California.
Conner has previous experience as a manager with Blockbuster Video and The Tower Theater. He started his career with Total Secure Technology as a Dispatcher in 2014. He moved up to a Service Desk Coordinator role within the first six months and then moved into the Service Manager role in 2016.
Conner is now growing into his role as the Operations Manager for Total Secure Technology. Conner’s other passions include Film and Television analysis, exploring new foods and cooking, and spending time with his loving girlfriend of 9 years and 2-year-old cat Leota.
Manmeet has four years of working in the IT industry. He is responsible for managing professional and managed services at the highest technical escalation point. His other responsibilities include strategic planning for business growth, establishing an environment of exceptional client services, and managing a technical team. He has Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Post-Graduate Diploma in Wireless Telecommunication, and Certificate in Network and Computer Technology.
Originally from England, Iain is a systems engineer with over 20 years’ experience in the IT industry across several sectors, including Medical, Education, and Advertising. He enjoys learning and applying new technology to deepen his knowledge. Iain is comfortable handling projects from single-user solutions to corporate scale infrastructures and enjoys interacting with people and using his skills to resolve their technical issues
Iain enjoys traveling, reading, exploring new places with his fiancée, and is a keen modeler. He also loves history and science and curling up with a good book.
CJ has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. As a Project Manager, he takes the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects. CJ is also responsible for assisting with incoming service requests, troubleshooting, and repairs, as necessary. His specialties include analysis, communication, organization, and team building. He began his studies in Accounting and ultimately focused his efforts on PC Support.
In January of 2004, CJ completed his degree in Network Administration and Architecture and holds various technical and industry certifications. Before working for Total Secure Technology, he held many positions, such as Senior National Field Support at Insight and Reginal Field Support Professional at Pacific Dental Services.

As a Tier 1 Engineer, Ian is responsible for the Total Secure Technology Service Desk. In this position, Ian is a crucial contributor to ensuring client satisfaction and team efficiency. He achieves this success by attending on-going meetings with the service teams, effectively managing tickets, refining processes to improve service delivery, and monitoring and managing key service metrics.
Ian’s specialties include customer service, organization, and complex problem-solving. He is currently working toward a BS in Cloud Computing. He has previously held the titles of Lead Tech Support and IT Administrator with a Sacramento-area non-profit.
Ian loves running, audio engineering, and spending time with his wife and cat in his free time.
Caleb is our Help Desk Level 1 Technician. He went to ITT Technical Institute where he studied Computer Networking Systems. Caleb has been working in the IT industry for the past 7 years. He specializes in customer service and solving Level 1 service tickets. He has held previous positions dispatching and doing general labor and merchandising.
In his free time, he loves spending time with his family and expanding his technical knowledge.
With 20 years of IT industry experience, Daniel helps clients fix simple issues on their machines and the ability to escalate tickets based on the amount of time or complexity of the work required. He has an Associate Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. Daniel has certifications in A+, Network+, Security+, and is currently studying for Linux+.
In his free time, he enjoys playing video games, sport shooting, and maintaining and upgrading his car.
Audriana is new to the Information Technology field and is responsible for dispatching our customers’ requests, needs, concerns, or questions. Before working for Total Secure Technology, she had a career as a debt collector for a Bay Area financial institution. Her previous experience has equipped her with skills such as customer service and multi-tasking. She has an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Las Positas College, located in her hometown.
In her free time, Audriana enjoys being in the outdoors and staying active. She loves horseback riding and going to the beach. Her favorite beach to go to is in Monterey, where she can relax and enjoy the water.
Originally from Los Angeles, Sidney moved to Sacramento 6 years ago to pursue a degree in Art from Sacramento State University. There she studied art and photography, which helped expand her creative mindset.
Before Joining Total Secure Technology, Sidney worked for a publishing company called Style Media Group as their Sales and Marketing Administrator. She was responsible for managing their social media pages and email marketing campaigns. Now Sidney extends her skills and knowledge with us to manage the company’s website and marketing campaigns. Sidney is new to the IT industry, and she is excited to learn more about the Information Technology field and all it has to offer.
In her free time, she is typically hanging out with friends and hosting dinner parties. She loves to try new recipes to show off to all her family and friends.
As a Junior Technician, Christian is responsible for various hardware setup and entry-level service tasks including managing incoming hardware and preparation for onsite deployments. He is also responsible for assisting with incoming service requests and proactive maintenance on client workstations and servers. His specialties include analysis, organization, and project management. Christian is currently completing a Bachelor of Science in Cyber Security studies. With certifications in MS-900 Currently studying for AZ-900, and Security+.
In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar or gaming with his girlfriend. He also enjoys learning various programming techniques and languages as a hobby as well. Recently he has been interested in AI neural networking.
Kevin is a Sacramento native who is one of our Junior Technicians. In his position, he has many responsibilities including setting up new computers for users upon request and assist end-users with requests and technical questions. He is also responsible for assisting with incoming service requests and proactive maintenance on client workstations and servers. Kevin studied Computer Information Science-Information Systems Security at Consumnes River College. With 3 years of IT experience, he has certifications in Microsoft MS-900 and TestOut Network Pro.
