Retainer Service Agreement
All the same benefits of service agreement pricing apply to “Retainer” bulk rate hours. Pre-purchased “Retainer” bulk rate hours are as follows:
50 hours = $8,750 ($175 per hour), expires after three (3) months
100 hours = $16,500 ($165 per hour), expires after six (6) months
A Monthly Service Agreement (MSA) is for a 36-month term and requires a minimum MSA amount of $1,275.00 per month.
Desktop PC Support includes troubleshooting everyday standalone PC problems in a peer-to-peer environment.
Server/Network Support includes troubleshooting Domain Network problems.
Linux Server Admin/Advanced Network means supporting VLANs, Cisco Appliances and all Linux OS issues.
After Hours Service is outside of normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm).
Emergency Service Rate is for onsite service with less than 24-hours’ notice.
Client acknowledges that the Service Provider (Total Secure Technology) reserves the right to take recorded meeting notes of all in-person and phone meetings held with or on behalf of the Client, and consents to such recordings, unless Client expressly notifies Service Provider otherwise. Service Provider will provide Client with copies of any/all recording/s within 72 business hours of such a request.
