Michael Pearson

Senior Vice President Strategist, Executech

Michael Pearson spent over 30 years in the professional services and managed services business.  As President of DSA Technologies, he grew the company from five (5) staff to over forty (40), completed three acquisitions and, after a great deal of planning and preparation, sold DSA Technologies in 2019 to Executech (Evergreen Services group).

Having successfully transitioned from an MSP owner into other charitable and business ventures, his desire is to help others do the same.  His current company, Pearson Consulting Services, works with MSP buyers and sellers, by coming alongside the selling owner(s) and supporting them through the acquisition process – there are always concerns and doubts.  The focus is on supporting selling ownership through the acquisition and transition afterwards so they can be successful in whatever is next.

Michael has been married for over 30 years, has five children, is involved in his local church and is the owner of CrossFit Elk Grove.
